"Good gear and easy ordering"
I’ve ordered from treestuff.com a handful of times now, and it’s been smooth every time. The site is easy to get around, which I appreciate when I’m just trying to find what I need and get back to work.
Shipping has been quick for me, and everything has shown up packed well and exactly as ordered. Weird detail I remember for some reason: one box had this one bright green packing strip stuck to the tape, and I noticed it before I even opened the package.
The prices seem fair, and they carry a lot of the gear I actually use for tree work, not just random stuff. I haven’t had any issues, so I’ll definitely keep ordering from them

I ordered a few safety items from treestuff.com and overall they were okay and mostly did what I needed them to do, the lanyard felt solid and gave me some confidence using it, but the helmet straps felt a little cheap to me and for climbing gear I just expected everything to feel a bit more reliable. Shipping was fine and nothing was really wrong or terrible, I just wasn’t totally impressed.

I needed a rope and didn’t want to overthink it, but also, you know, rope matters. Their team gave me solid advice really quickly, and it was obvious they actually know the gear. I ended up picking the right one without going in circles, which was a relief.

I’ve bought from TreeStuff.com a handful of times now, it’s just become one of those sites I check without thinking too hard about it. Like, if I need climbing gear or some random tree work thing, I’ll usually look there early on. The site’s easy to get around, and I like that they carry brands I already trust, so I’m not sitting there second-guessing every item in my cart. I haven’t had any weird problems with orders or anything like that, which maybe sounds basic, but it matters. It just feels reliable, and that’s what I want when I’m buying gear I actually have to depend on.

I got the tracking email quick and it started updating right away, which was nice. The package showed up exactly when it said it would. No hassle at all, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a chainsaw chain and a couple climbing tools from treestuff.com, and overall it went fine. Shipping was quick enough and everything showed up packed decent, with nothing missing or busted. I do wish the tracking updates were a little better though, because I kept checking and kept wondering where it was, which got kind of annoying.
I used the chain this week and it cut clean right out of the box, so no complaints there. The hand tools feel solid too, not like cheap junk, which is always a relief. My only real gripe is just the same sort of thing I always complain about with online orders: tracking could be clearer, packing could be a little neater, and I’d rather not have to wonder about stuff. Still, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again
"A Tiny Harness Crisis, Thankfully Resolved"
I had to exchange the harness for a different size, which felt slightly dramatic in the moment because I just wanted it to fit already. It took a little time, but support was really helpful and got the right one sent out. All ended well!

I had some trouble getting my account set up, and the login help took longer than I expected. Not the end of the world, but it was a little frustrating at the time, especially when you just want to get in and use the thing already.

I guess it’s decent enough overall. The quality seems fine and I don’t really have any major complaints, but I do wish the prices were a bit lower. I’d probably buy again if I needed to, just not super excited about the cost.

"Backorder was handled well"
A couple things ended up going on backorder after I placed my order, and my first gut reaction was honestly, “Here we go.” But treestuff emailed me quickly and explained what was happening, which made it feel a lot less frustrating.
It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the rest of the order shipped without any issues and the backordered items showed up later like they said they would. Not a perfect experience, but it felt straightforward and handled in good faith. I’d order from them again.

I ordered a few climbing items from TreeStuff and overall they’ve been fine. Compared to some of the cheaper gear people end up with, this stuff definitely feels more reliable, but it’s not perfect. One of the straps felt a little cheaper than I expected for the price, which was kind of disappointing. That said, everything has been working okay so far, and I’d probably order from them again if I needed something. I just wish the materials felt a bit more solid across the board

I’ve ordered from TreeStuff a handful of times now, it’s become one of my go-to spots when I need climbing gear!! They just have way more stuff in one place than I can usually find locally.
Ropes, carabiners, saw parts, random little odds and ends… all the things I somehow end up needing are usually on there. The filters are helpful too, so I’m not scrolling around forever trying to find the right thing.
Every now and then something is out of stock, but overall the selection is still really solid. It definitely makes gear shopping feel way less like a hassle!!

We use this for tree work, and it’s held up well on professional jobs. Everything fits the way it should, and it feels reliable when the crew’s safety and doing right by the customer really matter.

"Refund came through, just took a little while"
I had to return something and, yeah, the refund did show up eventually, so that part was fine. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting, which had me checking my account more than I probably needed to. Support did get back to me when I reached out, though it wasn’t exactly quick. Not the worst experience or anything, and everything worked out in the end, but I do think the refund process could be a little smoother and faster.

"Prices are a bit hit or miss"
Treestuff has a good selection overall, but the prices are kind of all over the place. Some of the climbing gear seems fair, fair enough anyway, but a few other things I definitely found cheaper on other sites. Once shipping gets added, the total can feel a little less worth it. Still, it’s not bad if you need something quickly and don’t want to keep searching around.
